YIN YOGA

Slow and restorative Yin Yoga is a great way to maximise your meditation. Practised sitting or lying on the floor, it centres around stillness and mindfulness. There are no planks, no standing poses, no core work. Instead expect forward bends, gentle backbends and lunges held for long periods of time. It’s a great way to calm busy minds.

Suitable for beginners and advanced yogis.
