Coming from a Professional Dance background, the transition to Yoga was an entirely natural progression for André. He has trained dancers that have performed on all 5 continents, in London’s West End and on Broadway.

After training as a classical Hatha Yoga teacher, and after many years of diverse practice, André soon became convinced of the invaluable health benefits of Hot Yoga. He completed his Hot Yoga teacher training with Jozef Wiewel at CamYoga.

Within his teaching, André draws on a lifetime of the lived somatic experience as both a dancer and practicing yogi, nurturing a deep respect for this wonderful vessel that we are all gifted with.

His mantra ….. Every body is different and every body is a yoga body.

Laura Campo first discovered yoga as a young magazine writer in London, when she was tasked with reviewing a local west London Bikram studio. Laura returned to the studio again and again, long after the article was published. Seven years later and Laura’s love of yoga led her to embark on a 200-hour Yoga teacher training in 2015.

Laura believes in the power of yoga to strengthen the body and empower the mind, and she wants to bring this energy and connection to her students. Teaching static strength based yoga with some feel-good flow and a touch of mindfulness, Laura offers accessible refinements and breath control to help you connect with the postures and with yourself. Laura’s classes involve dynamic sequencing, playful flows and some longer holds to help you build strength and flexibility while hitting the ‘reset’ button.

Georgia Remnant
Georgia Remnant200 Hour Teaching Training
Georgia (G) is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RTY 200 hours) and Barre instructor. Having practiced yoga for 7+ years, her passion for health and wellbeing continues to grow and she is now also training to become a qualified Pilates teacher.

Originally studying BSc Environmental Science, Georgia’s love of nature and the outdoors is one in the same with taking care of our minds, bodies, others around us and our environment.

Her yoga classes aim to soothe and to challenge, offering a mindful practice to learn more about yourself. Georgia loves the community that yoga brings together and welcomes all levels to her classes, encouraging students to take time to explore their own practice, and, of high importance, to have fun. The more laughter the better. And the same goes for her barre classes, an elegant and exciting way to strengthen and tone the whole body. Move, sweat, laugh and leave with that high energy buzz that keeps you with a spring in your step for the rest of the day. She would absolutely love for you to join a class!

Vivien SkuodasSenior Yoga Instructor
Vivien discovered Yoga in 1995 and has been practising, teaching and studying ever since.

Inspired initially by the world of Ashtanga yoga and the teaching of internationally renowned teacher’s David Swenson and Liz Lark she has continued her studies with Liz and developed a dynamic flowing style of personal practice that links strength, grace, flow and surrender, both physically and mentally.

A disc tear injury (through driving) in 2010 made Vivien re-assess her practice and approach and now she develops classes for people struggling with back issues and long-term spinal maintenance.
