I discovered yoga in 1998 and knew it would become a lifelong journey. I founded Cobham Yoga in 2018—a space built from the heart to share the practice that has supported me through life’s highs and lows.
A former professional dancer and movement coach, Alli brings 20+ years of yoga practice to her energising, breath-led classes. Her style blends creativity, flow, and fun—designed to help you move, think, and feel better.
A former West End dancer, Barbara discovered Bikram Yoga in 2004 and never looked back. Teaching since 2013, she brings energy, discipline, and passion to every class.
A former competitive skater and movement specialist, Emma brings clarity, strength, and joy to her energising classes—combining discipline with fun and mindful awareness.
With over 10 years of practice and training in multiple styles, Georgia brings a warm, thoughtful energy to her classes—helping students connect, grow, and shine from within.
After discovering yoga in the fashion industry, I turned my passion into a career, completing my 200-hour teacher training in Seasonal Yoga and Ashtanga. Yoga is my sanctuary, and I aim to share that calm and connection with others.
Teaching since 2009, Jane blends traditional yoga with modern movement science. Her classes focus on strength, mobility, and body awareness, drawing from her expertise in anatomy, biomechanics, and joint health.
Trained in Prana Vinyasa Yoga, Jo leads dynamic and creative classes that blend flow, philosophy, and breathwork, leaving students feeling empowered and deeply connected.
With training in Bikram, Vinyasa, Yin, Pilates, and Tibetan Healing Bowls, Shona offers a diverse, insightful approach to yoga. After 25 years in the corporate world, she’s now dedicated to helping others discover the transformative power of yoga.
Inspired by my own journey of transformation through yoga, I now teach Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Somatics, Meditation, and Sound Therapy—helping others connect to their inner light and grow with confidence.
